Our head chef Fu was born in Thailand and moved to Austria when he was just six years old. His grandmother’s restaurant in the heart of Austria was the flash point of his career.
He started his apprenticeship in Mariazell and passed through different stations in Ischgl and Seefeld/Tyrol. With the age of 23 he already became head chef, which definitely shows passion and great talent for his profession.. Fu loves his work which you can feel from the very first bite..
Some years ago he ended up in our wonderful region an in 2017 we finally had the chance to proudly present you the idea of Thai Food by Bürglstein. Cooking classes in Thailand thaught him all required skills to bring the amazing Far-East experience right on your plate here in Austria around lake Wolfgangsee. Enjoy the journey!!
