Our ambitious chef Gabi Höppner and his helping hands have set new standards for the year 2009.
Our head Frau Gabriele Höppner and Marion Zaus will care for quality together with the cuisine team.
The standard menu will be adapted permanently, fresh seasonal products will be on the menu. Thus we can offer our guests actual products of the season. Moreover we have a large vine assortment. Our guests should get to know new wine-growing areas. Our philosophy includes a teamwork with the producer of our products, e.g. young and modern farmers, organic farmers, vegetable traders and winegrower.
